New Dublin club getting off the ground
The new Dublin Rotaract club formed by Dublin, Dublin Central and Dublin Viking Rotary clubs this week held its second set-up meeting. Held in the salubrious surroundings of the Stephens Green Club, a large group of interested people from across the city brainstormed to come up with a list of activities for their first year - ranging from an Old to Young Ball and book collection for a primary school to an Art auction in Áras an Uachtaráin. (Rotaract District Treasurer) will act as interim chair until the club is chartered and a committee elected.
The group will meet next on Wednesday 29th November 6pm at a venue to be decided. Contact Chris for more details.
